Bug #18507: Compile error during make install

From: jlester@structureinteractive.com Operating system: RedHat Linux 7.2 PHP version: 4.2.2 PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure Bug description: Compile error during make install I compiled PHP with the mysql and apxs options only.
