Actually, I saw the php_value directive and tried that exact same thing
you have above, and since it didn't work I just thought it wasn't really
what I wanted. If it is broken I can take a look, but I'm not entirely
sure I understand what the php_value directive is providing.
If I get a chance later I'll try to close out some of those bugs. Thanks
