Hey guys, knock it off.
We want as many people as possible to be able to build the
documentation from its source, since that makes it easier
for them to contribute.
I don't see any rational reason for Kristian to back out the
comments that explain how to make things work with Suse 6.2,
particularly since they don't impact anyone else at all.
They're comments.
(And someone should document the fact that the changes being
suggested for docbook.dcl aren't necessarily the best way to
handle things. You can also just comment out the SGMLDECL
line from the part of the catalog that comes from the DocBook
stylesheets.)
