Bug Type: Performance problem
Description: WWW server runs on high loads all the time even with no requests at all.
I have the exact same problem with PHP/4.0.0, Apache/1.3.12,
RH Linux/2.2.15 with loads reaching to 60!! from perfectly ordinary
scripts with no endless loops.
Those scripts worked perfectly with PHP/3.0.12.
I have to downgrade :/
