Rasmus sent out a url some time ago - but I cannot remember it for the life
of me.
When editing a bug, just add &MAGIC_COOKIE=1 to your query string and the
proper page will show up.
When you enter your user name and password, make sure to check the
'Remember my login/password' checkbox.
That should do it. :)
