Now that the subject of magic cookies has been brought up, is there any
particular reason that the "Manual Notes" admin magic cookie cannot
co-exist with the CVS username&password magic cookie?
I only rarely edit the "Manual Notes", and I always forget the URL for
setting the magic cookie...
