Ouch. I've been denied various services or access in various places before because I used a
hotmail account. And this sucks. Hotmail is not just for anonymity - I prefer to split the email
traffic I receive into different accounts, so I do not clog my main mailboxes. As such, I have
several anonymous accounts, amond them vksphp@hotmail.com to subscribe to php-doc,
phpdevel@echospace.com to subscribe to this list and, I believe this is the address I supplied when
I got my CVS access. And, guess what? Although I messed up a few things, I haven't done
anything hideously bad yet. This proposal will effectively kill effort coming from people like me.
