Yes, very sorry about that lagging on me. I still don't have decent
access from home and haven't had much time to work on it at work.
The next steps if someone wants to play with it:
- get rid of the CSS positioning stuff I tried to use and
just use small tables instead. Not one big table since that
will cause things to render slowly, but small individual tables
will give us the ability to position things better. See

- Take the admin.php.net code and apply the new.php.net look-and-feel
to it and spruce it up a bit. I'll try to whip up a diagram which
shows how the SQL-based state machine works that is behind
admin.php.net and how simple it is to add new interfaces just by
adding SQL entries.
- Write a site generation script that calls the cgi version of PHP
and builds the pseudo-static HTML pages for the site and for the
mirror sites.
