Actually, for that one we have a "standard". Each extension should have
exactly one module entry. ext/standard is the only one not following that
because it's a cook-up of a dozen php3 extensions. I think we should wait
with merging them until we do the big symbol name change, since this too
will make it harder to maintain code between php3 and php4.
