Okay I've started setting livedocs up. I'll add scripts to update the
documentation checkout and the phpdocs on an hourly basis. PHP4 it is
then.
I'll add dns records for the livedocs in a little bit and post them
here after I've configured apache and tested the settings.
Don't waste your time on this, we're not going to put DNS records to
servers we don't manage.
You used to. Some examples: all mirror sites, phpug sites, etc. Now why
is that changed?
There is nothing changed. We never added any DNS records for the major
services (I see our manual as a major service too) point to a private
server, nor do I think we should do that.
The systems team agreed before that if the doc group finds someone to set up a server with proper access for the systems team then it would be fine. Is the doc group website a major service?
