docs.php.net can point towards my other server which should not be a
problem. I'm going to drop a line for the systems team to provide the
little load average patch from www.php.net incase the load on the box
gets too high we can show a currently busy page or what not.
Initially we should test that livedocs is functioning correctly (I
know it's quite a bit of work getting it running under BSD) prior to
the announcement. Do we need to run it under PHP4 or PHP5?
