I've added some css, I'm not an expert in that, but it looks a bit nicer :)
but it can always be changed when the code is in cvs, if we agree to use it
the /user/ thing is aliased to account-info.php in pearweb,
now I wonder if we want to do the same as pear, maintain a users database.
I think this has been discussed, but I've lost those emails (no space left)

yeah, that would make things better..
then some auth system can be implented in the RFC system.
should guests be allowed to vote and comment?
PEAR uses auth_require() for the lowest access level, then $karma->has() is used for
'special' functions
the docweb system should be like that :)
