We need somebody who can test out PEPr to see if it is useable for doc RFC stuff. It can be done locally on your own server. We would need some insight on what is needed to set it up, what should be changed to support our needs, etc. Mehdi said for the first sight it looked fine for us, but then it turned out it is too PEAR specific. More info is needed. It would be much better to reuse it, then to write a new RFC system, don't you think? Maybe it can also be used to handle TODO items.
