List of translation contacts?

Do we have a list of the primary contacts for all the translation projects out there? I am assuming we don't, so I'd like to put one together. We get so many cvs account requests to help with the translations and I think a lot of them are either bogus to just get a php.net email account or they are sincere enough but they never hook up with the right people in order to coordinate their work. So, given that, I'd like to see us create a list of primary contacts for these various translations to whom I can forward cvs account requestors and after I get a "go ahead" from one of the primary contacts for that project, then I will go ahead and approve the cvs account request. I realize a number of the translations don't really have a single main person that steers everything, but that is fine. I just need a volunteer who is very involved with that particular translation to help out with recruiting and indoctrinating new contributors. Here is the table I'd like to see completed. I have guessed at a few. If someone could go through and help complete it, I would appreciate it: arabic en goba pt_BR ae zh hk tw cs nl derick fi sniper fr dams de hholzgra he hu goba it ja hirokawa, moriyoshi kr progcom pl ro ru sk sl es sv tr -Rasmus
