Well, it would be nice to put this table into phpdoc too, so we would know who
are the ones to contact. It would also be nice to create some policy on
removing translations completely in case there is no activity (also removing
the CVS accounts). This will probably urge those users to do something, and
not just live on their php.net email address.
Or introduce some policy on not giving php.net email addresses automatically,
but only after some community approval (after the user done something for the
project).
