Regarding arabic translation, Yes I'm the official lead.. ps contact can also include the email transteam@php4arab.info where it would forward to other members of the team. And regarding the arabic translators who got a php-cvs account, I will shortly provide a list of those who no longer want the cvs account or totally inactive.
