Well, if the users feel irritated then they should use the "Don't warn
me next time" option which I assume is on the warning dialog message.
That warning is there for a reason, you as a web developer should not be
able to override it.

I hope you are in a different timezone than me, other wise you've only
got under and hour to reach that deadline by the end of business Friday.
:-)
Perhaps you should use one form to send the info back to the PHP script.
Then your script can do it's stuff and do a POST to the second machine
by itself, from inside PHP that is. That way the user is only submitting
one form.
Personally I won't worry about it. The users will turn the warning
message off after it's popped up about 2 dozen times. ;-)
