I think most users check the box that says, "Don't show this again." I
hate those things; I know when I submit form data that it's usually not
secure. Most people dismiss them and tell the browser not to bug them any
more.

You can't access stuff on the client-side with PHP -- PERIOD. The only way
to access client-side stuff is to pass that stuff through POST or GET. And
you're doing that already.
