No...:) It means that there is no longer one directive *per
option*. Each directive, however, takes an option and its value as
arguments.
For instance, what would have been 'php3_include_path /some/path' in
PHP 3 becomes, in PHP 4, 'php_admin_value include_path /some/path'.
You can still do your thing; just the syntax has changed.
