How about a static presentation on the laptop (powerpoint + bells+
whistles), and an inducement to visit the actual website? (assuming its non
intranet based)
If you absolutely have to have something on the cd, use something like
webzip to get the parsed site onto a local directory structure, and make
clear to management that its a "static" solution, ie look but no
functionality.
Otherwise its a non trivial solution.
I have to do something similar for a launch - i'm planning on the website
being on my devbox - laptop (php4+mysql+win2k+dhcp server), with networked
pc's (tcp/ip using dhcp) for people to play with linked to laptop.
Just add a generic web browser, point at my laptop, and away it goes...
Good luck

I had the same problem once in here, our sales were asked to bring a CD ROM
to give every one on a meeting, I didn't know how to resolve this issue.
The only way around was a laptop and a BIG projector ro show the thing..
Then a business card to everyone where they can find us..
Tell me please the solution when you'll find it.

Cool - if they give out a laptop to everyone _I'll_ be there :-)
