I'm glad I glanced in this folder. I'm having the same exact problem. Basically, sometimes it's set, sometimes its not. Worst of all, it'll show up as set and not empty (aka, pass through if's requiring both isset() and !empty) then will not output any sort of value, not even a space. I'd figured it was all my fault, or that it was something screwy with IE, and was tearing my hair out. Could it be the same thing you guys are talking about? ----- Original Message ----- From: "Joao Prado Maia" <jmaia@kefta.com> To: "jeremy brand" <jeremy@nirvani.net> Cc: "Joao Prado Maia" <jmaia@kefta.com>; <php-general@lists.php.net> Sent: Monday, November 13, 2000 6:41 PM Subject: Re: [PHP] Weirdness with setcookie() (3rd time - come on people :) > > On Mon, 13 Nov 2000, jeremy brand wrote: > > > Make sure you pass all options to setcookie that you require: > > > > int setcookie (string name [, string value [, int expire [, string > > path [,string domain [, int secure]]]]]) > > > > If you want it to not be a session cookie, you have to set an expire > > time.
