Another possibility that I meant to mention is that template systems provide a familiar environment for people coming over from a ColdFusion background. CF is, after all, essentially a template system, as opposed to a programming language. So in that sense, systems such as FastTemplates are important transition tools for people looking to expand beyond what you can do with CF. (Really OT) This will also become one of the key benefits to CF becoming a JSP tag library. ColdFusion users will be able to keep their code, and add to it in a big way with other taglibs, beans, and servlets. Matt
