Easy to do this via a cron job. Use one of the POP3 classes you can find floating around on the net, and check the email address every 15 mins. or so.
You could even use an ereg() to match the subject, and execute different functions based on the subject of the email.

Does anyone know if it is possible to execute an PHP program with an email? For example, if I wanted to create a mail list manager and wanted it to send a mass email to all members on the list, could I send an email from Outlook to a specified URL and have it trigger the mass email? Has anyone done anything similar to tihs in the past? Chris ___________________________ got sano? (new design!) http://www.rit.edu/~cms0670
