Yes. Just configure your mail server to do something like /path/to/php /path/to/the/script.php (if
you create a special account for this or a qmail alias, this can be as simple as a single line in a
config file). You'll have some input parsing to do but it shouldn't be a big deal with
PHP's parsing
abilities.
