I use textpad for those as well on Win32 systems. Otherwise, you're entirely correct. I was
pleased
the other day when a coworker was sitting somewhat astonished at how quickly I was editing stuff
with vi. Never really understood why anyone would need Escape Meta Alt Control Shift.
BTW - the link you posted for PHPED should have had a lowercase d on the end.
