I'm not sure if this is what you wanted but check out Macromedia's Dreamweaver
Ultra Developer... right now it supports JSP, ASP, and CF and it looks like it
shouldn't be all that hard to get it to support PHP (PHP support seems to be the
#1 user request in Macromedias newsgroups).
