Sendmail Path

I've recently switched from Windows to Linux, and am working on porting
my scripts, and I've come across a bit of a pickle.
Before when I used the mail() command under windows, it used my
localhost mailserver to send mail, which worked fine. But it seems now
that under linux it's specifically trying to use sendmail to send the
email. I have qmail installed, and am wondering whether I can just stick
in the Qmail path in the .ini where it says "sendmail_path".
