Large corporations don't know you or care about you as an individual customer. You're just an account number to them. The only thing they care about is the "big" sale to other "big" corporations. But even then, do they really care? Not in my experience. The networking recession is just one symptom of their disease. Why would anyone want to do business that way? If I can find a small business that sells the service or product I need, that's who gets my business first. If people ask how large my company is, I tell them "We're large enough to handle your business, and small enough to care." Egan
