I just did a search at google for c callable matrix functions and so far have come up with
this:
This looks nice but I haven't read the details on liscencing:
http://www.vni.com/products/imsl/imslc.html
This looks ok but there is no online documentation:
http://flamingo.snu.ac.kr/~rmatrix/
I noticed that this book is online. Not really relevant but it is cool. Might be
a useful resource for the implementer of a PHP scientific computing library.
http://www.ulib.org/webRoot/Books/Numerical_Recipes/bookcpdf.html
I can do more legwork on this. I just wanted to show you a few URLs and see if
I am on the right track here.
Does the library have to be gnu open source?

Paul Meagher
