Great work Elizabeth, thanks!
Andrei, I've looked through this and can commit a set of patches that
would allow us to build against the latest detected version of Gtk+ on
the user's system (which can also be overridden with the ./configure
switch).
I know we decided to stick with 2.6 for our release; but there are many
users out there who would want to try out the new widgets that 2.10
offers; especially given the fact that they were actually moved out of
the Gnome library and into Gtk+. I think it'll be good if we can have
this and the 2.10 defs in CVS; atlest everyone has a chance to use the
new widgets if they want to. We can still base our final release on 2.6;
since we're not including defs in releases anyway.
Let me know :)
