As you requested Steph - here is part one of the split patch - this ONLY fixes MSVC 2005 compile errors - it involves moving an include in php_gtk.h to make sure the windows config.h gets included BEFORE php.h - this is because there are pragmas in there that need to be read in first or MSVC 2005 starts having a fit and dies. It also makes a few changes to the windows build files - allowing the use of --enable-debug-pack for release builds, fixing some compiler flags for msvc 2005 (it checks the compiler version), and adding manifest packing to the build (which should be ignored on compilers without a manifest packer :) MSVC6 users shouldn't see a change at all...
