Phil 1) forget PWS - I can't get it reinstalled, which is why i'm now on Apache 2) I've removed the loadmodule and put these 3 lines (with appropriate path changes) into the CONF: ScriptAlias /php4/ "C:/php/" Action application/x-httpd-php4 "/php4/php.exe" AddType application/x-httpd-php4 .php But, as you can see, when trying to execute "a.php" using the URL "http://localhost/php4/a.php", I get this error. It thinks its a CGI script I guess. [Wed Dec 27 11:09:23 2000] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] c:/inetpub/scripts/php/a.php is not executable; ensure interpreted scripts have "#!" first line [Wed Dec 27 11:09:23 2000] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] couldn't spawn child process: c:/inetpub/scripts/php/a.php This whole thing is getting out of control - php3 was so easy to setup. I don't know how much of this is PHP problems vs. something else. thanks for the help, jaymer...
