NES problem

I finally managed to make and install php...but when I restarted the netscape server -- I got the following error:
conf_init: Error running init function load-modules: dlopen of /usr/htdocs/space/local/netscape-3.63/bin/libphp4.so failed (Unresolved symbol in /usr/local/lib/libstdc++.so.2.10.0: __cp_push_exception)
