Divyank, can you please look at this ASAP? We are highly in need of a correct country detection database (and index) right now, as we redirect guys to mirror sites.

Thanks. I have checked some other parts of the DB, and this error seems to be a very common thing in the DB. And this causes that most of the IPs are not found in the indexed search. Very are not going to drop the index as linear searching in 1.5MB data is not doable. In fact I am going to add more code to optimize search based on the index.
That would not help alone, as the index is based on the assumption, that the ranges are unique and are in incremental order. And this is absolutely not the case with the current DB.
