Yes, it's really Caisse d'Epargne.
It's a very common bank in fRance. They have their own secured payment network
called SPPLUS.
Sounds nicos decided, and it's very good, to build some PECL stuff for SPPLUS.
Is it right ?
While we talk about this, here we have to put in a clean package the AXIS-C3
epayment interface we developped for POS software running PHP.
AXIS-C3 is used for Credit-Card and Privative card validation. It is very
common in Supermarkets and HyperMarkets here in France.
I think this should be in PECL.
