I don't see the need for voting here. Voting is for giving PEAR
(excluding PECL) packages intuitive and descriptive names. The name
space in PECL is flat, and does not have to be managed in the same way.
Naming library wrappers after the library has been done for years. :-)
nicos, feel free to commit your stuff to /pear/PECL/spplus.
