Hi Jeroen,
Actually, HTML_Form existed before HTML_QuickForm and was the original PEAR
class for handling forms. Adam Daniel and I needed an object oriented, easy
to use form class and we decided to write QuickForm then. HTML_Form was just
hidden in the old pear cvs. :-)
