Or you can use the Net_Detect package but I haven't tested it yet.
About the name, call it HTML_QuickForm_dyncalendar.
Ex: $form->addElement('dyncalendar', ...);
In case you detect that this element is not supported by the client browser,
you could swith dyncalendar for a more standard element like selects or
textfields... Just an idea. There is also a date element but it is still
beta and needs some more work AFAIR.
