#21619 [NEW]: go-pear fails to install "pear/scripts" directory

From: michele.manzato@verona.miz.it Operating system: Win32 PHP version: 4.3.0 PHP Bug Type: PEAR related Bug description: go-pear fails to install "pear/scripts" directory Installing PEAR from scratch using the "go-pear" feature ends up in an unusable pear.bat utility since the "pear/scripts" directory (containing the required "pear.in" file) is not installed. Workaround: copy from ZIP installation. But this won't do in 4.3.0 since pear isn't shipped even in the ZIP. Hope this was not submitted before.
