installation works fine. see below. created files:
c:\php\pear {folder}
c:\php\.tmppear.bat
c:\php\pear.bat_old
in .tmppear.bat "... -f %BIN_DIR%\pear .." should
be -f %BIN_DIR%\.tmppear.bat in this specific case and the paths
... are
set PHP_BIN=@php_bin@
set BIN_DIR=@bin_dir@
set PEAR_PATH=@include_path@
... and need to be changed to
set PHP_BIN=c:\php\cli\php.exe
set BIN_DIR=c:\php
set PEAR_PATH=c:\php\pear
