docconvert does that :), but has been mostly rewrote and fit specific
needs for doc/tutorials document. I have had a discussion with Greg to
work on phpdocu to make things easier to write/translate docs. Actually
I do not have the time to do it and it is not on my top priority.
Certainly more news in june.
