Hi,
I think it's best to take the list of topics as it exists on pear.php.net
(+ the documentation topic as suggested by Martin) and use that. Can
people please rank these 10 topics from 10 to 1 (10 being the most
important). I will add up all the points, say at the end of this week,
which will generate the final list ordered by importance.

-Quality vs. Quantity?
-Possible regulations to prevent some of the recent conflicts on the
mailinglist
-PEAR CS (method naming conventions?)
-PFC RfC
-PEAR Installer
-PEAR on windows
-PEARweb (rating system, comment system, package proposal)
