I won't be able to take part in the meeting / chat and although I'm fairly
new to pear I use a lot of the packages in there.
This is my opinion of the priorities (all of them being v. important but
some more than others)
10 - Quality vs. Quantity?
09 - PFC RfC
08 - PEAR CS (method naming conventions?)
07 - Documentation
06 - Possible regulations to prevent some of the recent conflicts on the
mailinglist
05 - PEAR Installer
04 - PEAR on windows
03 - PEARweb (rating system, comment system, package proposal)
02 - PHP 5
01 - PEAR promotion
