Yes, the packages bundled with the php distros.

And we will not, but if you think this is a bad idea, no problem :).
I thought that should be usefull to increase tests and feedbacks during
tests phase before a release (like these days).
Actually, I feel like a lot of people do not test the current snapshots.
The main reason was it's available only in the php-win32 snapshots. But
it's clear this is not a production release, and is focused to dev
purposes, as others typical snapshots.
The most important thing is the archive of released bundled packages.
