The name should reflect the goal of the package. Yes it uses a simple
logic, but in fact this is a http client, which is basically simple.
Do you plan to add features to it? I'll not like to see again hundreds
of HTTP packages for the same usage. We have now 2 packages with 2
different goals. HTTP_Request is a low level request package, and yours
is a kind of high level package. Do we need many others HTTP clients
packages in PEAR? I do not think, imho.
