Hi, we'd like to propose a new package which we wrote because of concrete need for a customer project. IBAN is the "new" (introducted 1999/2000) standard for international bankaccount numbers in Europe and even abroad. With the use of an IBAN it's possible to send money even to foreign banks. The IBAN contains a country-code, bankcode and bankaccount-number as well as a checksum to validate the IBAN. This class can be used to validate and process an IBAN. Since we believe that IBAN is used for money-transfers and therefore it's related to "Payment" we propose the name Payment_IBAN. Please discuss and vote for the package.
