It seems we go for the Validate_IBAN-solution proposed earlier. Hmm
... no other solution on the way. Eventhough it has features like
"getBankcode" I think we will name it Validate as proposed by Pierre.
He said there are other parts of that Validate class/tree with
similar methods.
