Ladies and gentleman,
just had a final clearing discussion with Pierre on IRC. It will be
part of the Validate-package ("Validate/IBAN.php") and there will
also be an easy function validateIBAN in Validate.php.
Will be implemented as soon as our CVS-request goes through :-)
