I have had some annoying situations where reverse dns was broken, and my nice pie chart used for graphing where visitors to my site have come from simply has one big "unknown" block. This package would fix that. The idea of pear is to make something that sites larger than 3 or 4 pages can re-use, so the question of mirrors is quite relevant. I'd like to see this functionality available for installation somewhere that the pear installer knows about, perhaps you and Mika could collaborate? Greg
