Well, according to the thread "a case for subpackages[1]," a subpackage is
just a regular package which depends on a base, and the base has the sub as
an optional dependency.
Which is exactly what HTML_Table_Matrix is doing right now; optionally
providing extra functionality for HTML_Table. I'd have to get HTML_Table to
depend optionally on H_T_M, but it obviously can't do that until H_T_M is in
PEAR. :^)
And since subpackages aren't implemented yet, is the topic relevant at this
point in tim?
